Program Director Job Opening
Luther Park is seeking a creative, hardworking and innovative leader who will create and manage the programming and assist with day-to-day operations at Luther Park, in conjunction with the Executive Director. The candidate must have a mix of skills relating to creativity, communication, management, administrative, have a passion for Outdoor Ministry and be grounded in Lutheran (or full communion partners) theology. The Program Director will be responsible for creating, managing and executing programs that benefit the Luther Park communities. They will work closely with the Executive Director to shape overarching visions, specific strategies of execution while also overseeing the recruiting, training and supervising of all the program-related staff.
