Horse Camp 2023
All the great things of camp, plus horses! Campers will stay at Luther Park and be shuttled daily to Frontier Stables in Frederick, WI to learn the basics of horse care and riding. After a day of riding, campers will get to participate in the evening camp activities. All campers will be assessed on their first day of camp to better tailor the class to all participants. Completed 4th grade and up.
Beginner Horse Camp (June 25-30)- For campers with little to no horse-riding experience. This camp will focus on the basics of horse care, equipment, learning how to mount, ride and steer a horse.
Intermediate Horse Camp (July 16-21)- For campers with some horse experience and entering the 5th grade or above. The camp will focus on more advanced horse care skills along with how to properly prepare a horse for riding. Campers will spend more time on the trails learning to trot and lope along with other more advanced riding styles. Space is very limited, register early!

Important Items to pack: Jeans (no shorts), closed-toed shoes (boots are great, but not required) and a big water bottle.
All Participants must print and fill out the following waiver and bring it to camp with them.
