Luther Park Health Care Information
Each Summer the Luther Park Health Care Staff are trained and certified with at least CPR, First Aid and AED.
It is our intention to supply all campers and guests with the best health care that we are able to provide.
On staff we try to ensure that there is an ARC Emergency Medical Responder present at all times during camp use year round.
If you or your camper have any special needs, please contact us at 715-656-7244 before registering, to be sure that we have staff available who are able to provide the care required. We want all participants to have a safe and enjoyable experience here at Luther Park no matter their ability.
We require that all campers and user group participants have a completed health form on file with either our Health Care Staff or with the User Group Leader. If you are in need of a health form, please see our link at the bottom of this page for a copy of our form.
On our health form it is required to have the date of the participant's last Tetanus shot along with a signature from the parent or guardian giving Luther Park permission to treat.
We do not require a annual physical for our summer campers to participate in camp unless there is extenuating health needs, in which we require a health physical with in the last 12 months.
We ask that all medications being brought to camp be in the original containers and be turned into our Health Care Staff or the User Group Leader. This does not apply to Emergency Inhalers, Epi-Pens or lotions.
If you registered online, there is an online health form to fill out as well.
