Summer Staff Positions at Luther Park

The ministry of Luther Park depends on the witness and service of our summer staff. Good staff combine maturity, creativity, flexibility, and an interest in youth, with a servant attitude and a well-articulated faith in Jesus Christ. In addition to their primary job responsibilities, summer staff can expect to fill additional roles as they lead and experience the variety of programs at Luther Park.

Prospective summer staff must:

  • Fill out and return the attached application form.

  • Give the reference forms to two people who know you well. Previous or current employers, pastors, youth directors, and professors make good references (no family or classmates, please). Explain the purpose of the reference and have them send the form to camp as soon as possible.

  • Meet with us for an interview. We prefer personal meetings, and will accept telephone interviews only if this is not possible. Look for us at college camp fairs in Minnesota and the surrounding states, or make an appointment to interview with us individually in the Twin Cities. With numerous applicants each season, it is your responsibility to schedule an interview.

  • To make your appointment, contact Luther Park via e-mail at Anna@lutherpark.com or phone at 715-656-7244.

Thanks for your interest in the summer staff positions at Luther Park! Join us this summer to experience the excitement, community, and changed lives that make camping ministry so rewarding for campers and staff alike.

"Don’t let anyone think little of you because you are young. Be their ideal; let them follow the way you teach and live." — 1 Timothy 4:12
