Take Time to Retreat at Luther Park

Luther Park strives to provide a place for God’s people to gather and strengthen their Christian faith through community living, worship and study year-round. We provide resources for connecting the Word of God with the World of God. Our staff works to provide a hospitable environment with clean, safe facilities and healthy meals, with the goal of meeting all of the needs of each group.

Weekend Retreats

  • LOG HOUSE (Sleeps 20) A historic lodge refurbished with modern kitchen facilities, additional sleeping rooms and bathrooms. The Log House includes a large, comfortable living room/meeting space with a fieldstone fireplace, TV and VCR.
    —Weekend Package Cost: (2 nights lodging, 3 Saturday Meals, Sunday Brunch, Snacks) Corporate Member $54 per person; non-member $59 per person.
    —Lodging Only Cost: (Individual meals can be added using table below)
    Corporate member $26 per person first night / $14 each additional night; non-member $29 per person first night/$17 per person each additional night.
    — Families: Children 5-12, 1/2 price; under 5, free

  • CABINS (Eight cabins, sleep 10-14 per cabin) Basic lodging in small cabins with bunk beds, modern heat, toilets and shower facilities, carpeting, bunk style beds. All cabins are winterized.
    —Weekend Package Cost: (2 nights lodging, 3 Saturday Meals, Sunday Brunch, Snacks) Corporate Member $48 per person; non-member $53 per person.
    —Lodging Only Cost: (Individual meals can be added using table below) Corporate Member $23 per person first night/ $11 each additional night; non-member $26 per person first night/$14 each additional night.
    — Families: Children 5-12, 1/2 price; under 5, free

  • TREE HOUSE VILLAGE: (Four cabins on stilts, sleep eight per house) Three regular Tree Houses, and one that is handicapped-accessible, provide a rustic, secluded stay. A community shower house with modern toilet facilities is available nearby. Each Tree House has a screened-in porch and deck.
    —Weekend Package Cost: $36 per person (2 nights lodging, 3 Saturday Meals, Sunday Brunch, Snacks) Corporate Member, non-member $39.
    —Lodging Only Cost: $12.50 per person first night/$10 each additional night for corporate members, non-member $15.50 per person first night/$11 each additional night.
    —Families: Children 5-12, 1/2 price; under 5, free

  • CAMPGROUND (Twelve sites, five with electric hookups) The Luther Park Campground is located lakeside, directly across the bay from the main camp area. A bathhouse with flush toilets and showers is available nearby. There is also a water pump, community fire ring, picnic tables and campground dock.
    —Tent Site Cost: $10 per site, per night. Individual meals can be added using table below.
    —RV Site Cost: $10 per site/per night; $12 with electric. Individual meals can be added using the table below.

New Retreat Opportunities at Luther Park!!!
Luther Park Camping and Retreat Center in Danbury, Wisconsin, is excited to announce the 2007-2008 Programmed Retreat Season!! Read on to find out about all the great opportunities we have available for you at Luther Park.

Retreats For Kids!!
Luther Park has many opportunities for kids to come to camp.

Our Annual Winter programmed retreat for Elementary campers will be held April 4-6 for grades 3-6. The Senior High Leadership Weekend for grades 9-12 will also take place April 4-6. The Junior/Senior High Retreat for campers in grades 7-12 will take place April 11-13, 2008.


Retreats For All Ages!!
Luther Park is "A place for all ages; a place for all seasons."

In January, we have the Ice Fishin' Retreat January 18-20, 2008, from 1 p.m. Friday to Noon Sunday. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a nervous novice, you can delight in the beauty of winter as you shiver standing over a hole in the ice (Yes, it really is fun!). An adult must accompany all kids under 18. The group will stay in the Log House.

Also, in January 2008, we will be having Winter Open House on Saturday, January 19 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Come, join us and enjoy a day of invigorating outdoor activities (including skating, sliding, ice fishing, cross-country skiing) as well as cozy indoor activities, a special worship service and a wonderful lunch, all at no cost for you, your family and friends. There will be fun for all ages and abilities.

In June and July we have our traditional Summer Family Camp: June 27 - June 29, 2008 or July 2-6, 2008. Spend quality time together as a family, talking, playing games, worshipping and learning about God together!

In August, Calling all Grandparents and Grandchildren for our First Annual Grandparent/Grandchild Retreat, July 25-27, 2008, from 7 p.m. Friday to Noon Sunday. Spend time experiencing camp and each other in God's blessed creation.

The 2008 Summer Open House and Volunteer Recognition will be held Saturday, July 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Retreats begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday and end at noon on Sunday unless otherwise noted.
