Renew & Refresh: Women's Retreat 2025
“The word is near you, on your lips and in your heart.”
– Romans 10:8
– Romans 10:8
Join us for our second annual "Renew & Refresh: Women's Retreat". Escape busy life for a weekend of tranquility, community, worship and growth.
When was the last time a story moved you—made you laugh, cry, or reflect? Stories shape our lives, but the greatest story of all is God’s salvation for creation. From the beginning, God’s Word brought life, and through Jesus, that Word became flesh. Together, we’ll explore how God’s Word comes alive in scripture and in our own lives. Join us for a weekend of reflection, connection, and inspiration! February 7th - 9th, 2025 OR

Cassandra Morgan is a singer, music teacher and art lover born and raised in Iowa. There she received her bachelors and masters degrees in vocal performance with a passion for opera and stage-based performance arts. After transplanting to the Twin Cities, she performed with Minnesota Opera, Mill City Opera and Mixed Precipitation. While working as a church musician and private voice instructor she found her way to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior, MN where she has continued to perform and teach for the past 8 years. Here she has rediscovered her passion for contemporary genres, stretching away from her classic training to what originally called her to music- the stories, the emotion, and the gift of leading others through song. Cassandra is currently an elementary and middle school music and art teacher at a small charter school in Chaska, MN, keeping her days filled with the things she loves most- music, art and children! She spends weekends leading worship at Mount Calvary, finding God at the center of everything she does.
