Nov. 21st-23rd, 2025 This all-ages retreat has something for everyone! Private rooms, home cooked meals, crafts, games, worship, and the list goes on! Arrive Friday night and enjoy a snack and a campfire in the Lodge! Saturday is filled with a balance of free time and programming in between meals. Sing songs around the campfire before snuggling up in your lodging space. Brunch is served at 10a.m. on Sunday and following that is departure at 12/noon. This will be a memorable getaway for individuals, families of all sizes, grandparents, or extended family and friends. |

Registration
|
Space is limited, so sign up no later than November 7th!
Registration is done online through a portal called Campbrain. If you have registered campers or your family in the last five years, you already have any account. Simply click on the link below to sign-in and register for "Retreat Programming 2025." You will then be able to choose the "Diamond Lake Congregational Getaway." A deposit of $75 will be collected at the time of registration. |
If you are having trouble registering or would prefer to register over the phone, please contact Madison, by emailing [email protected] or by calling 715-200-7026.
You will request your first and second choice of lodging. After your registration is sent in, Madison will reach out to you to finalize your housing and send you an updated invoice. Registration will close two weeks before the retreat so that an accurate count for food, housing and staffing can be determined. Deposits can be paid online at the time of registration, and final invoices can be paid either online, via check, PayPal or Venmo. |

Camp is able to accommodate to most dietary restrictions and allergies. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies on your registration form. Once you register, Madison will be in contact with you about the specifics of your dietary needs. Other Accommodations

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a family has to cancel, they will be fully refunded minus a $25 administration fee up
to 30 days before the retreat. Families will be fully refunded, minus a $50 administration fee, if they cancel within 30
days of the retreat. Exceptions may be made due to family emergencies and illness. In the event that the organization or
organizer has to cancel, they must cancel at least 60 days before to avoid facing a penalty fee.
