Diamond Lake Lutheran Church is inviting it's congregation members and friends to Luther Park! Enjoy nightly campfire worships, home cooked food, arts and crafts, time to connect with nature, and space to connect with your Diamond Lake Community.

This all-ages retreat has something for everyone! Private rooms, home cooked meals, crafts, games, worship, and the list goes on! 

Arrive Friday night and enjoy a snack and a campfire in the Lodge! Saturday is filled with a balance of free time and programming in between meals. Sing songs around the campfire before snuggling up in your lodging space. Brunch is served at 10a.m. on Sunday and following that is departure at 12/noon.

This will be a memorable getaway for individuals, families of all sizes, grandparents, or extended family and friends.
Pricing & Accommodations 

Rates vary depending on your lodging preference. All rates include four meals, lodging, snacks, and programming. 

Adult is ages 14 and above
Child is ages 5-13
Ages 4 and under are free

Retreat Center:
$168 per adult/child ages 13+
$84 per child ages 5-12
Free for children 4 and younger
4 bedrooms available. Bedding is provided in the cost. This building is fully ADA-compliant.
The Retreat Center includes 4 bedrooms.
​Bedrooms are:
  • hotel-style, private with one queen and two twin beds, a private bathroom.
Common, shared space includes:
  • Coffee Nook Area with fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Cups, plates and cutlery are available as well. There are small gathering tables here, too. 
  • Common fireplace gathering space with a couch and a smart TV & DVD player.
  • Worship/Gather space with 3-4 larger tables that have about 8 chairs
Log House Apartment - Med Shed:
$139 per adult/child ages 13+
$79 per child ages 5-12
Free for children 4 and younger
1 room but could be shared by individuals.  Bedding is provided in the cost.
The "Med Shed" Side (set up as more of an apartment) has:
  • 2 twin beds and 1 full bed. 
  • 1 bathroom with 1 toilet, 1 sink and 1 shower
  • Window A/C unit
Welcome Center:
$135 per adult/child ages 13+
$68 per child ages 5-12
Free for children 4 and younger
4 rooms available. Must provide your own bedding. Add bedding for an upcharge.
​The Welcome Center has:
  • 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin bunk bed
  • ​3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds
  • 1 shared bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 toilet, and 1 shower.
Cabins:
$126 per adult/child ages 13+
$63 per child ages 5-12
Free for children 4 and younger
4 available. Must provide your own bedding. Add bedding for an upcharge.
Each cabin has:
  • 1 large room with 5-6 twin sized bunk beds and 1 “counselor” room that consists of either 1 twin sized bunk bed or 1 full sized bed. Contact camp if you have a request for a full sized bed and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • 1 bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 toilets and 1 shower
Registration
Space is limited, so sign up no later than November 7th!

Registration is done online through a portal called Campbrain. If you have registered campers or your family in the last five years, you already have any account. Simply click on the link below to sign-in and register for "Retreat Programming 2025." You will then be able to choose the "Diamond Lake Congregational Getaway." 

​​A deposit of $75 will be collected at the time of registration.

 You will request your first and second choice of lodging. After your registration is sent in, Madison will reach out to you to finalize your housing and send you an updated invoice. ​Registration will close two
weeks before the retreat so that an accurate count for food, housing and staffing can be determined.

Deposits can be paid online at the time of registration, and final invoices can be paid either online, via check, PayPal or Venmo.
Dietary Needs

​Camp is able to accommodate to most dietary restrictions and allergies. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies on your registration form. Once you register, Madison will be in contact with you about the specifics of your dietary needs.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a family has to cancel, they will be fully refunded minus a $25 administration fee up
to 30 days before the retreat. Families will be fully refunded, minus a $50 administration fee, if they cancel within 30
days of the retreat. Exceptions may be made due to family emergencies and illness. In the event that the organization or
organizer has to cancel, they must cancel at least 60 days before to avoid facing a penalty fee.
